Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using DeployFrame, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. DeployFrame is a production-ready AI services platform boilerplate that allows you to launch your own AI SaaS business.

2. Agreement Effective Date

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use or access the DeployFrame application, code, or documentation.

3. License Grant

DeployFrame provides a perpetual access software license through a single purchase, granting users access to the codebase and documentation according to the license tier purchased (Complete or Essential). This license is tailored for developers, entrepreneurs, and businesses looking to build and deploy AI service platforms quickly.

This license entails a straightforward and flexible arrangement, exempting users from recurring fees or subscriptions beyond the initial purchase. However, DeployFrame reserves the right to terminate the license if it is used in violation of these terms.

4. Permitted Use

The DeployFrame boilerplate may be used to:

• Build and deploy unlimited applications or services
• Customize the codebase to suit your specific needs
• Create commercial applications or services
• Deploy applications using the included infrastructure code

5. Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Redistribute or resell the DeployFrame boilerplate as a standalone product
• Share access to the codebase with individuals who have not purchased a license
• Remove copyright notices or attribution from the codebase
• Use the codebase to create a competing product that directly mirrors DeployFrame's primary function as an AI services boilerplate

6. Technical Support and Updates

Technical support is provided via email at contact@deployframe.com:

• Complete license includes both email support and access to future updates
• Essential license includes email support but does not include access to future updates

Support is limited to issues directly related to the core functionality of the boilerplate. Customizations and integration with additional services beyond those included may not be covered under standard support.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, the DeployFrame boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access to the code has been granted. If you encounter issues during the onboarding process before accessing the code, please contact us at contact@deployframe.com.

8. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that DeployFrame will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

DeployFrame does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. DeployFrame shall not be liable by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the software.

DeployFrame shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that DeployFrame is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that DeployFrame's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software, which amount is calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release DeployFrame from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

10. Responsibilities

DeployFrame is not responsible for what the user does with the boilerplate or any user-generated content created with it. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their applications comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Price Adjustments

As we continue to improve DeployFrame and expand our offerings, the price may increase. Any discount is provided to help customers secure the current price without being surprised by future increases.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DeployFrame as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of DeployFrame.
